These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KT Credit Solutions website and, if you become a client, our credit repair services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or submitting false information. KT Credit Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of this website at any time.
Credit Repair Services
If you engage our credit repair services, the specific scope, fees, and billing schedule are set out in a written agreement signed before any work begins. That agreement, together with our CROA Compliance Statement and Consumer Disclosure, governs the service relationship. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Fees and Billing
No fee is charged before the corresponding services are performed. Onboarding fees and monthly service fees are billed after the work for that period is completed. You may cancel at any time. A separate third-party monitoring subscription is required and is billed directly by the monitoring provider.
No Guarantee
KT Credit Solutions does not guarantee any specific credit score, the removal of any specific credit item, or any specific timeline for results. Credit outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Individual results vary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KT Credit Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding three months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
Changes to These Terms
KT Credit Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
