KT Credit Solutions is committed to full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and all applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. This page explains what that means in practice.
Under CROA, a credit repair organization may not charge or accept any money or other valuable consideration for the repair of a consumer's credit record before the agreed-upon services are fully performed. KT Credit Solutions does not charge any fee before services are rendered. Onboarding and monthly service fees are billed only after the corresponding work is completed.
We never request payment before the work is done. If any representative of KT Credit Solutions requests advance payment, please contact us immediately at help@ktcreditsolutions.com or 630-413-1427.
CROA requires that before any credit repair services are performed, the consumer and KT Credit Solutions enter into a written contract that includes a statement of the consumer's right to cancel. You receive a copy of the signed contract, and the terms, fees, and scope of services are stated in plain language before any work begins.
You have the right to cancel your contract with KT Credit Solutions without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days after the contract is signed. Cancellation instructions are provided in your written agreement. If you cancel within this window, no fees are owed.
No credit repair organization can lawfully guarantee the removal of any specific item from a consumer's credit report or guarantee any specific increase in a credit score. KT Credit Solutions does not promise, guarantee, or warrant any particular outcome. Credit bureaus and furnishers make the final determination on whether information is verified, corrected, or removed.
KT Credit Solutions does not advise consumers to make false or misleading statements to a credit bureau or lender, does not create or sell alternative credit profiles or CPNs (Credit Privacy Numbers), and does not advise consumers to misrepresent their identity or credit history. These practices are illegal under federal law.
Under CROA, you have the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus — for free. You are not required to hire a credit repair organization to dispute items on your behalf. A full consumer disclosure is available on our Disclosure page.
